About our services

2Tech Network provides low voltage and security system services including security camera installation, structured cabling, network infrastructure, access control and server solutions, within our published service area in South Florida.

The descriptions of services on this website are provided for general information. They do not constitute a binding offer, and the scope of any particular project is defined by the written estimate or agreement provided for that project.

Estimates and quotes

Estimates are provided free of charge following an on-site evaluation. Any figures discussed before a site visit are general indications only and are not binding.

Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Pricing may change if the scope of work changes, or if conditions are discovered that could not reasonably have been identified during the evaluation.

Work begins only once an estimate has been accepted.

Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty on installation workmanship and, where applicable, on hardware supplied by us, beginning on the date of completion.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, third-party alteration of the installed system, power surges outside the protection installed, weather events, or normal wear of consumable components.

Manufacturer warranties on hardware are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their own terms.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled work, for obtaining any approvals required by a landlord, building management or homeowners association, and for ensuring you have authority to authorise the work.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials handed over at completion.

Limitation of liability

Security and monitoring systems reduce risk; they do not eliminate it. We do not provide alarm monitoring services and are not responsible for detecting, preventing or responding to any incident, loss, theft or damage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the services in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Website content

The content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

We aim to keep the site accurate and current but make no warranty that it is free of errors or omissions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
